Article III—Membership
Section 2: Active Members:

An Active Member of the Association is defined as a person who is:

Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Is employed as a Public Defender or Assistant Public Defender in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and whose primary responsibility is juvenile delinquency representation or is a person employed by a nonprofit organization that provides the primary indigent criminal defense services in a Pennsylvania Judicial District and specializes in juvenile delinquency representation (e.g. Defender Association of Philadelphia) or is currently engaged in defender representation of juveniles charged with delinquent conduct in some measure or capacity.
Each Active Member will be entitled to one vote
No proxy voting is allowed.
In order to serve as an Officer of the Association, one must be an Active Member.
